Integrated Voice Features

Standard Features

Integrated Voice has standard and optional add-on features. These features may vary depending on the delivery method—Analog Lines, PRI Services (T1-CAS, ISDN-PRI), or SIP Trunking. All services include unlimited local calling. A variety of long distance plans are available.

Feature Name Description
Basic Line Hunting Series Hunting—each line is attempted in a predefined order, starting with the dialed number; calls do not loop.
Call Logs Call logs are available through administrative portal and through some applications.
Call Forwarding Forward incoming calls to another direct-dial phone number. May be handled by customer PBX.
Call Return Return the last call received. Not available with T1-CAS, ISDN-PRI, or SIP.
Call Transfer Transfer an active call to another number or voicemail. May be handled by customer PBX.
Call Waiting Provides notification of a second call while a call is already in progress. Allows switching between calls.
Call Hold Place a call on hold while answering another call. May be handled by customer PBX.
Directory Assistance Local directory assistance service reachable by dialing 411 or (area code) 555-1212.
Enhanced 911 (E911) MegaPath provides 911 routing to the appropriate emergency dispatch center.
Last Number Redial Automatically redial the last number dialed. Not available with T1-CAS, ISDN-PRI, or SIP.
Local Outbound Calling Outbound calls must originate from a MegaPath-provided number or numbers ported to the MegaPath network.
Inbound Calling Allows for receiving calls from the PSTN or other MegaPath users.
Inbound Caller Name & Number Delivery Relays caller name and number as provided to the MegaPath network.
Outbound Caller Name & Number Delivery Relays company name and number to the called number as provided to MegaPath.
Operator Assisted Dialing Dial "0" to reach an operator for assistance with calling cards, credit card, third-party, and collect dialing.
Three-way Calling Enables addition of a third party to your conversation. May be handled by customer PBX.
Toll-free Inbound Calling Toll-free Inbound service is available if toll-free numbers are acquired from MegaPath. Inbound Minute Plans are available.
